Abrisa Technologies offers custom coating services and innovative Total Solutions of coated and fabricated technology glass for imaging, sensing, and laser scanning applications requiring high throughput efficiency, signal selection, anti-fogging, contrast enhancement, color correction, thermal management, or electro-optical performance in the UV to the Far-Infrared. Our coating solutions provide excellent optical performance with considerations for large angles of incidence to 52 degrees, laserline signal isolation, low loss throughput for VIS-NIR, SWIR, MWIR and LWIR spectrums, custom colors or neutrality, polarization/phase performance and enhancements for fitness-for-use: outdoors, at sea, mobile, hot, humid, and cold industrial or field environment, autoclave or chemical cleaning, frequent contact, or field use handling.
As a Total Solution Partner, we provide custom coating solutions tailored to your specific application as well as standard coatings for anti-reflection, reflection, beam splitters, laser use, edge and dichroic, selectively absorptive/low emissivity coatings, transparent conductive ITO heater, and other optical coating solutions for use from the UV to the Far-Infrared. Coatings may be applied to glass, semi-format wafers, sensor caps, crystalline and IR materials, materials of our supply and customer furnished material. Enhancements attributes available: easy-to-clean oleo and hydrophobicity, low CTE, autoclaveability, thermal shock resistance, “bond” friendly coatings and screen-printed graphics, damage and impact resistant HIE™ aluminosilicates, ultra-thin and lightweight glass < 0.2mm, HIE™ chemical strengthening, corrosion resistance and more.
